Taylor Britt and Aidan Tonge visited Kaikōura Primary School recently as part of our 16 Hoops in 16 Weeks campaign in partnership with Basketball New Zealand.
“We love our fantastic new hoops and the students are using them non-stop,” said a teacher from Kaikōura primary school. “We use the new hoops before school, after school and whenever we have a break from class,” added a student.
Taylor and Aidan ran skills sessions with the students of Kaikōura Primary School, putting the new hoops to good use. ”It was cool to meet Taylor and Aidan when they took basketball sessions using our new hoops,” said another student. “They are so tall! I really enjoyed the session we had with them.”
Taylor later that week also travelled to Tinwald School in Ashburton to teach and play basketball with the students.
