RamsHQ – Privacy Policy

When you access the RamsHQ app via Facebook Login, we access your:
- public_profile
Use of your information
- We use this information to customize your RamsHQ app experience and allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings which you will be most interested in.
- We use this information to reduce repetitive data entry, such as when entering competitions, where you have already provided us with the data.
- We also use this information by adding you to our list of fans and send you an occasional newsletter.
- We promise not to transfer your information to any 3rd party services that are not directly required for us to perform business.
- Every email we send will include a link to opt out of any future communication. You can also contact us directly if you wish for your data to be 100% deleted.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your email address, name or phone number, we may be unable to contact you in the case where you’ve won a prize.
The majority of your data accessed when using Facebook Login is used transiently and is not stored on our servers at all. If data is stored, it is stored in a secure database provided by Google Firebase. You may request your data be deleted from our system at any time. Please check the data deletion section below for details on this process.
Access to your data
Besides our staff, we may share this information with 3rd party service providers in order to undertake our marketing activities.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
